Life Management Systems is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) originally founded in 1986 as an initiative of the Franciscan Health System of Cincinnati, Ohio.
In the year 2000, we became solely-owned by Mercy Health Partners. We currently serve over 165 local companies and provide full-service, external, EAP services to over 70,000 employees and their families. We believe in providing quality, cost-effective services and are locally owned and operated. We offer four suburban locations across Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana.
